Our keyperson system means that each member of staff has particular responsibility for your child, and is responsible for their Individual Learning Plan. The keyperson will maintain regular links with the child's home setting, work with their parents and provide regular feedback. We encourage parents and carers to become involved and have a voluntary rota system for helping at Pre-School. Not only do the children love to have you there, but it also provides you with an opportunity to see what happens during the sessions.
We accept children from 2 years 6 months subject to places being available. Children do not have to be 'dry' when they start. If your child is 3 years old, it is likely that they will qualify for up to 5 FREE sessions per week from the term after they turn three (more information can be found on the DirectGov website - the details of which can be found in our Links).
Session times are Monday to Friday
A.M. sessions run 9.00 am until 11.35 am
P.M. sessions run 12.40 pm until 3.10 pm
Outside of these times, we run optional breakfast clubs, lunch clubs and after school clubs, full details , including fees, can be found in our prospectus.
